AGE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET

If your child is registered in a camp where he/she does not meet the age requirements of the camp they are registered in, they will be removed without notice and a refund less 15% will be processed for administrative costs. The content and activities in each camp is relevant to the camp’s age group.

REFUND OR CANCELLATION

If payment has been received, you will receive a refund less a 15% fee for administration. Refunds will take 15-30 days to be processed. No refunds will be given if notice is less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the week of camp being cancelled.

For refunds/cancellations, please do not contact the church. E-mail summercamps@eastridge.ca with the e-mail address used for registration and with the following info in order to start the process:

  • name of child to withdraw from camp
  • camp name (ie. Sports Camp) child is withdrawing from
