Summer Camp registrations that do not meet the stated conditions will be declined. If payment has been received, you will receive a refund less a 15% fee for administration. Each camp week will indicate these conditions so please take note as you register your child(ren). Refunds will take 15-30 days to be processed. No refunds will be given if notice is less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the week of camp being cancelled.  We spend a lot of time and resources on camp preparation before your child arrives in order to give them a great experience. Upon registering your child(ren) we assume you have read and understand this policy.  

For refunds/cancellations, please do not contact the church. E-mail summercamps@eastridge.ca with the following info in order to start the process:

• invoice number
• name of child to withdraw from camp
• camp name (ie. Sports Camp) child is withdrawing from
