Women’s Retreat 2026: Influence

Have you ever felt like the words you say always fall on deaf ears? It’s as if whatever you say, rather than motivating the people you love with your words, those same words met with rolling eyes instead? Or maybe it seems like you can’t make an impact to the world around you because you feel like how can one person make any impact? God created the woman to have influence – He has a plan for the influence you have. Women can be used by God like Deborah to set people free from their enemies or like the woman at the well who was once shunned by the people around her but instantly influenced her community to meet Jesus after her own encounter with Him.
At our first EastRidge women’s retreat, we will journey together to learn about God’s big plans for you as a woman of God, experience God so you can make a positive impact to those around you, and build a community of women to encourage you as you walk with Jesus.
Speakers & Worship Info
Keynote Speaker: Stephanie Clayton
Stephanie Clayton is from Ontario, Canada and has served in the EMCC in various capacities since 2009. In 2023, Stephanie and her husband, Tim made the pivot to serving in missions in the YWAM University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii. They have been married for 18 years and have two daughters, Norah and Hannah. After walking through a painful season of burnout and mental health crisis in 2022, they experienced radical healing of their hearts through a series of encounters with the Holy Spirit. They have since experienced the advancing of the gospel in Thailand, South Korea, Alaska, the Philippines, Japan, and South Africa. As a family, they are committed to walking others – of all generations – through a journey of inner healing and equipping for the purpose of releasing them to take the gospel into their homes and into nations of the world, completely unhindered.
Worship Leader: Jaisy Tam-Harbridge
Jaisy served 10 years as a pastor and a worship leader in Toronto before also becoming a coach and consultant to pastors, leaders, and churches across denominations in helping them find clarity in their call and season. After 10 years of discernment and preparation, Jaisy and her husband, Matt are now in the early stages of planting the Table Covenant Church within their own community in Beamsville in the Niagara Region. Jaisy is also a mom of 3 – Brooklyn, Taylor, and Ethan – and just became an ordained minister with the Evangelical Convenant Church in June of this year.
