Essentrics is a full-body stretching and strengthening program. A workout that simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility and lean, long muscles. A gentle flowing class that increases metabolism, tones muscles and leaves you energized.
Dates: Saturdays from 9am – 10am, January 11 to February 29, 2020
What to bring:
- Floor mat
- Loose comfortable shoes
- Bare feet/non-slip socks or inside gym shoes
- Completed PAR-Q form
